DIRECTIONS: Put your hands together in a prayer position. Hold the tips of your fingers and the bottoms of your palms together and continue to do so until your thumbs are touching the top index finger joint. Keep hands out in front of your chest, at a modest distance from your body.
FOCUS: I embrace the peace that is always within me.
