hoʻolohe!
Where Iʻm from the saying “no worry, beef curry” means you donʻt need to worry yourself about something. Everything is going to be ok. My ex, Kapio, use to tell me this a lot. The energy is shifting a lot and sometimes that can have us feeling like things arenʻt stable, but we need to trust the process and be certain of Akuaʻs Plan.
MORNING MANTRA

Shift your perspective and know that everything is playing out just as it should. We donʻt need to be concerned with taking on someone elseʻs job or over extending ourselves. Just do what you need to do. Handle YOUR kuleana.
3rd maka thursday exercise

This is a manifestation exercise but it doesnʻt have to be woo woo. Youʻre just journaling about what you want, how it would feel and what youʻre going to do with it. If you donʻt want to do this during a Full Moon (because itʻs about releasing) you can save it for the New Moon.
You want to make a quadrant and number them. After that write down something you want to happen or something you want to bring to fruition. Make it something progressive, so start small and then build off it. After that you want to write down an emotion youʻll feel if that thing happens. Lastly, write what you would do if that thing you want actually comes into your life, but make sure itʻs not just about you or for you. This needs to add value to someone elseʻs life as well.
Now that youʻre done journaling, put on some music, something that moving. At the top of the page write “something incredible just happened to my family and I.” You modify this to fit your situation.
Now itʻs time to get comfortable and envision each scenario playing out one by one. When youʻre done visualizing each one, I want you to circle it, like the picture above. Iʻm hoping you got a little emotional with the music playing, if not, do it again with a better song lol. In the middle of the page, make a circle that connects all the circles you just made and write Eia La! This means, and so it is, but again, you can modify this to something that resonates for you. Say it aloud and put your journal away. Youʻre going to repeat this for the next 2 days and then FORGET ABOUT IT. Come back and let me know in the comments how that went. Be patient and trust the process.
